All persons intending to come to Uganda are required to apply for and obtain a visa. This process may be completed online at the following link: https://visas.immigration.go.ug/

It is also necessary to have a valid vaccination certificate for Yellow Fever. Please allow at least two weeks to obtain your vaccination certificate.
To complete the online application process, you will need to upload the following documents:
- Passport copy (bio-data page)
- Recent passport-size photograph
- Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate
Please note that during the approval process additional documentation may be required. The decision taken on the application will be sent electronically to the email provided by the applicant.
Please be prepared to present a valid travel document of not less than 6 months validity, along with a valid Certification of Yellow Fever Vaccination upon arrival in Uganda.
The fee for a Uganda Single Entry Ordinary/Tourist Visa is 50 USD.
Which nationalities are visa exempt?
If your nationality on the following list, you don't need to apply for a Visa for entering in Uganda.
