Oral and Poster Presentations
Abstracts are invited for oral and poster presentations at the conference on the six conference themes:
1. Integrated Governance, Resilience and Health Risk Reduction
2. Climate Change and Healthy Cities
3. Economy, Trade, Employment and Social Inclusion
4. Emerging Diseases, Healthcare and Public Services
5. Urban-Rural Recoupling, Soil Security and Migration
6. Liveable Urban Environments, Urban Planning and Design
Successfully submitted abstracts will be acknowledged with an electronic receipt including an abstract reference number, which should be quoted in all correspondence. Allow at least 2 hours for your receipt to be returned to you.
Once the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors must register for the conference and present the paper at the conference.
Abstracts of all accepted contributions will be included within the abstract system which will be distributed to all registered conference participants.
Pre-Formed Panels (group presentations) are explorations of a topic with a pre-determined list of speakers and chairs or discussant(s). These panels will be scheduled alongside abstract sessions in one-and-a-half hour blocks of time.
Pre-Conference Workshops (which are for paid registrants of ICUH2019 only) are full or half-day working sessions that bring together groups of ICUH2019 registrants (10-60 people) with the aim of advancing work on a specific project or providing a training experience to ICUH2019 attendees.

If you do not receive acknowledgement for your abstract submission or you wish to make any essential revisions to an abstract already submitted, please DO NOT RESUBMIT your abstract, as this may lead to duplication. Please email the Content Coordinator (Please do not email credit card information under any circumstances) with details of any revisions or queries. Please quote your reference number if you have one.
