Dr. Lei Yang is an associate professor in Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). Dr. Yang’s research focuses on the urbanization and soil security, spatial analysis and modelling in landscape ecology, vegetation restoration and ecohydrological processes, and ecosystem services in earth’s critical zone. He is working on impact of urbanization on emerging pollutants and its process simulation in changing environment, relationship between vegetation dynamics and hydrological processes and its spatial-temporal pattern in different climatic zones in recent years.
